As a growing team of patrol volunteers, the Mountain Bike Unit (MBU) has the unique opportunity to assist the National Park Service, California State Parks, and the Mountains Recreation & Conservation Authority by providing public assistance and resource protection to the national and state parklands in Southern California.

With an interest in the Santa Monica Mountains and a desire to promote educational awareness and responsible trail use, our mission is to enhance your experience and safety during your visit.
